General Assistant

As a General Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment, contributing to various aspects of our service including the restaurant, bar, and guest services. You will be responsible for supporting the daily activities across multiple areas, ensuring our guests have a memorable experience., * Assist with daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and clearing tables.

• Support bar operations, including serving drinks, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring a clean and organized bar area.

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures and provide information about the local area and amenities.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, bar, and guest areas.

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

• Assist with inventory checks and restocking supplies as needed.

• Support the team in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• 2-3 years experience in the hospitality industry as a general assistant

• Must have valid work authorization within the UK

• A positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service.

• Flexibility to work in different areas of the establishment as needed.

• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
