We are looking to expand our project delivery team by investing in an additional Site Supervisor. The Martin Sewell Building Company is a long-established, family-run firm based just outside Chichester, known for our heritage expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and the strong relationships we build with our clients. Our work spans high-end private homes, listed buildings, bespoke new builds and complex refurbishments. We are an award-winning Chartered Building Company accredited Gold with Investors In People. We deliver exceptional customer service at every level.

The ideal candidate would have a trade background and experience supervising working sites, liaising with clients, sub-contractors and other stakeholders. You must have a keen eye for detail, be reliable with a high level of motivation, customer focused with a can-do attitude and a natural communicator able to motivate a team.

You’ll help to ensure our projects run smoothly, safely and to the highest standards, while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and colleagues. CIOB Site Supervisor or similar qualifications are desirable but not essential. An interest in conservation work would also be ideal.
