We are looking to expand our project delivery team by investing in an additional Site Supervisor. The Martin Sewell Building Company is a long-established, family-run firm based just outside Chichester, known for our heritage expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and the strong relationships we build with our clients. Our work spans high-end private homes, listed buildings, bespoke new builds and complex refurbishments. We are an award-winning Chartered Building Company accredited Gold with Investors In People. We deliver exceptional customer service at every level.
The ideal candidate would have a trade background and experience supervising working sites, liaising with clients, sub-contractors and other stakeholders. You must have a keen eye for detail, be reliable with a high level of motivation, customer focused with a can-do attitude and a natural communicator able to motivate a team.

CIOB Site Supervisor or similar qualifications are desirable but not essential. An interest in conservation work would also be ideal.
