We are looking to expand our project delivery team by investing in an additional Site Supervisor. The Martin Sewell Building Company is a long‑established, family‑run firm based just outside Chichester, known for our heritage expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and the strong relationships we build with our clients. Our work spans high‑end private homes, listed buildings, bespoke new builds and complex refurbishments. We are an award‑winning Chartered Building Company accredited Gold with Investors In People. Required skills and experience:
- Trade background and experience supervising working sites.
- Experience liaising with clients, sub‑contractors and other stakeholders.
- Keen eye for detail, reliability, high motivation, customer focus and a can‑do attitude.
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
Desirable qualifications and interests:
- CIOB Site Supervisor or similar qualifications.
- Interest in conservation work.
