About the Role: As a Paragon Planner, you will be at the heart of our operations. Working closely with our Scheduling Manager, you will utilise cutting-edge software tools, including Paragon, JD Edwards, and Salesforce, to ensure our fleet operates efficiently and effectively. You’ll be responsible for daily planning, maintaining vital systems, and contributing to the overall success of our depot by meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily Paragon operations to maximise resource efficiency.
- Maintain accurate data in both Paragon and JD Edwards systems, ensuring all information is current.
- Conduct thorough planning projects daily and validate orders in a systematic manner.
- Communicate effectively with Fleet Controllers and other teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and reduce planning time to enhance productivity.
