About The Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Office Manager to support our MD and internal teams. This role encompasses project management, executive support, and operational oversight, ensuring strategic initiatives move forward efficiently. Key Responsibilities Project & Operations Management: Serve as the Project Manager for internal initiatives Oversee and drive teams to complete assigned tasks, ensuring accountability and continuous progress. Manage internal operations and keep multiple projects and team members organized. Ensure timely completion of projects and proactively address potential delays. Executive Support Act as an Executive Assistant to the MD, tracking ideas, tasks, and notes using project management tools like Monday.com. Remind and update the MD on priorities, deadlines, and tasks, maintaining focus on critical initiatives. Assist with email management for the MD, ensuring important communications are addressed in a timely manner. Follow up regularly on emails and tasks to keep essential work on track and aligned with organizational goals. Support the MD in creating presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and clients. Strategic Communication Prepare Presentations/Reports/Content where needed Gate-keep and monitor the flow of communications to and from the Office of the MD, ensuring effective information sharing across the organization. Filter key information and updates to keep the executive team informed and engaged with ongoing projects and initiatives. Qualifications Requirements and Skills: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams efficiently. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Experience in project management, executive support, or operations in a corporate setting. Background in Executive Assistant roles or Events Management is a plus but not required. Comfort with remote work, with availability for a few hours within the Global time zones to align with team needs. Experience Familiarity with budget management and understanding of financial principles. Proven success in a project coordination role with strong project reporting skills, focusing on interdepartmental communication. Why Join Us?
