Meridian Trust is seeking a Cover Manager at Sharnbrook Academy to ensure high-quality cover for classes when teachers are absent and to coordinate staff absence with HR. The role involves:
- Supervising KS3–KS4 classes to follow a programme of study
- Proactively allocating cover
- Line-managing the Cover Supervisor team
- Ensuring all cover and supply bookings are uploaded to the finance system
Hours: 37 per week, 7am–3pm Monday to Thursday and 7am–2:30pm Friday.
