Meridian Trust in Cambridge is seeking a Senior HR Adviser to support multiple schools in the Cambridge Hub. You will deliver high‑quality HR advice on recruitment, terms and conditions, maternity/paternity, sickness absence and HR admin while ensuring policy and employment law compliance.
You will own Employee Relations cases, assist with complex matters, prepare paperwork, and take notes at disciplinary meetings, under the guidance of the HR Manager. The role is field-based across the hub.
