We are recruiting a Front of House Security team member to support the Front of House Manager in delivering a welcoming and secure experience for all visitors to the Marlowe Theatre. Front of House Security is part of a team of Front of House assistants, welcoming over 1,000 audience members to the theatre every day, and playing an active role in the theatre's fire, security and emergency action plans.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Front of House Manager in delivering a welcoming and secure experience for all visitors to the Marlowe Theatre.
  • Be a warm and welcoming team player with a valid SIA license and excellent customer care and communication skills.
  • Contribute to the theatre's fire, security and emergency action plans as part of the Front of House team.
