About You
We are seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor to join our DV8 Donegall Place Store. In this role, you will lead the sales team by example, with an excellent understanding of products and a friendly, welcoming approach to provide outstanding customer service. Ideally, you should have experience working as a supervisor in a similar environment, although we will consider other relevant experience too.
About the Role
Being a supervisor at DV8 is a responsible yet rewarding role with a clear path for progression. Your duties will include:
- Providing excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile, and assisting them as much as possible.
- Being responsible for opening and closing the store following security procedures.
- Ensuring customers have the best shopping experience by keeping all products priced and the shop floor clean and tidy at all times.
- Maintaining high standards of merchandise in store, ensuring products are positioned to look their best.
- Being responsible for the operation of the till for both card and cash payments—training will be provided if necessary.
