What we are looking for:
This role exists to optimise how enterprise systems, data, and processes support scalable growth. You will lead integration across Kantata, Intacct, and HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, streamlined workflows, and actionable insights. Acting as a bridge between Operations, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, you will drive system improvements, enable automation, and ensure platforms support operational efficiency and margin. This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex systems into practical solutions.
What you will do:
- Strategic Systems Ownership: Define and deliver the multi-year business systems and data roadmap. Evaluate emerging technologies for ROI and readiness, including AI, Copilot, and data-warehouse tools. Represent in cross-functional tech and data steering forums.
- Integration and Data Architecture: Oversee middleware and API connections and maintain masterdata standards. Partner with Finance and IT to ensure end-to-end data integrity from project to invoice. Establish data governance model, definitions, and audit routines.
- Process Engineering and Automation: Optimize key workflows for scalability and sponsor automation initiatives. Measure system-enabled efficiency gains and publish improvement metrics quarterly.
- Leadership and Vendor Management: Manage external implementation partners. Lead vendor negotiations, renewals, and performance reviews across core platforms. Coordinate system budgets and report ROI to Operations and Finance leadership.
- Change Enablement: Develop communication and training strategies for system changes. Foster a culture of data literacy and system confidence across the organization.
Who you are:
- Strategic and technically savvy, able to translate complex systems and data into practical, scalable solutions.

What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise business-systems management within professional services or marketing environments.
- Expertise in integrating PSA, ERP, CRM, and BI platforms.
- Proven experience leading system implementations and managing vendor relationships.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills, able to operate strategically while remaining hands-on.
- Experience developing or improving systems workflows, dashboards, or governance frameworks.
- Ability to work across multiple functions and geographies in a matrixed environment.
