What we are looking for:

We are looking for an enthusiastic B2B media manager to join our growing EMEA media campaign delivery team. As part of that team you will activate, execute and deliver Media Campaigns for TMP\’s clients. You\’ll co-ordinate and manage internal and external teams to drive production to deadlines, ensuring all materials are collated and provided, completing campaigns on time and within scope. You\’ll be accountable for ensuring reporting is joined together for all channels, working with our planning, performance and client services teams to provide essential data to optimize our work.

What you will do:

Client management & leadership:

  • Communicate delivery plans, deadlines and actions to clients
  • Provide timely client facing status updates, flagging blockers / risks
  • Co-ordinate and collect client campaign deliverables
  • Proactively solve client delivery challenges

Supplier / publisher engagement:

  • Manage and co-ordinate supplier deliverables
  • Track ongoing supplier Pos and costs against scope
  • Proactively solve supplier delivery challenges

Activation:

  • Organise media campaign kick offs
  • Move Media plans into project plans
  • Assign campaign responsibilities and deadlines to internal team
  • Brief internal and external teams/suppliers to go live
  • Onboard clients to relevant platforms

Commercials /financial management:

  • Financial forecasting of live campaigns
  • Responsible for client invoicing
  • Ongoing budget management, tracking and financial reporting

Campaign management / delivery:

  • Be responsible for campaign pacing
  • Be responsible for supplier pacing and management
  • Provide status updates
  • Proactively communicate and drive actions to remain on track to plan

Reporting:

  • Produce and co-ordinate the creation of monthly and quarterly reports
  • Ensure reports are delivered to clients on brief on time

Mentorship:

  • Delegate tasks to more junior members of the team where appropriate
  • Provide feedback, coaching and mentorship in the delivery of the work

What you will need:

  • Previous experience of managing delivery of both online and offline Media campaigns
  • Agency or client-side Media experience a must with knowledge of key channels
  • Understanding of the B2B space
  • Understanding of campaign set up and reporting
  • Proficient with IT including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience of campaign/project management tools and processes
  • Experience of financial management, tracking and reporting
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication
