Description tmp helps B2B marketing leaders create coherence in a chaotic world. We’re looking for obsessively curious people to join us. You'll join 300 B2B experts across strategy, data, creative, media, client services, Sales activation, and shared services. Different skills brought together in integrated teams, centred around our clients: the world’s most impactful tech companies. What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will have several years of Social Media experience and looking to take the next steps in their Digital career within the B2B space. They will be a great communicator and quick to adopt and learn new platforms and technologies. You will be responsible for the planning and delivery of organic and paid Social Media campaigns, drawing on a wide range of skills to delight our clients with Social Media that can drive audiences from awareness to conversion. As the go-to person for Social Media, you’ll be adept at engaging with online communities and influencers, managing content in line with communication objectives, and providing clients with in-depth reports and recommendations. You’ll also be comfortable with presenting and liaising with clients and colleagues of varying seniority, speaking confidently to showcase Social Media expertise, and adapting your communication style accordingly.

What you will do:

  • Support new business activities: Work with Media and client services teams on the creation of content that can be used to win new business.
  • Client growth: Support with the creation and selling of new Social Media propositions to client teams.
  • Client management: Take the client and internal briefs and produce Social Media plans that meet or exceed the objectives.
  • Engage in daily communication with clients and internal client service teams to ensure all briefs and deadlines are met effectively on time and to spec.
  • Participate in face-to-face and online meetings with new and existing clients and take the lead in presenting social media propositions.
  • Run Social Media workshops for clients, both face-to-face and online.
  • Planning and strategy: Responsible for the planning of organic and paid Social Media campaigns and projects across multiple platforms.
  • Activation: Set up, manage, and optimise different types of paid Social Media campaigns.
  • Campaign management and delivery: Manage costs incurred and revenue generated from Social Media platforms.
  • Reporting: Track, measure, analyse, and report on the performance of Social Media campaigns and projects regularly.
  • Insights: Help shape the Social Media strategy by staying on top of current trends, technology, and best practices to make recommendations to the wider team.
  • Mentorship: Monitor and guide more junior members of the team on Social Media activities, delegating tasks, reviewing, and feeding back on the work that they have delivered.

Requirements

Who you are:

  • Very good communication and project management skills and ability to present with confidence.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise multiple workstreams and escalate where necessary.
  • Calm and consistent under pressure.
  • Results orientated, with a flair for using analytical skills to pull actionable insights from data.
  • Very experienced with using Social Media tools.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Very strong understanding of LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Able to write compelling short form copy.

What you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience managing Social Media campaigns and projects, preferably agency side and within the B2B space.
  • Strong platform knowledge and experience using various Social Media platforms in a professional capacity.
  • Experience in planning and implementation of organic and paid Social Media campaigns.
  • Experience in running paid Social Media campaigns which include planning, set up, optimisations, budget management, and reporting against KPIs.
  • Ability to write Social Media posts and alter the tone and style depending on the target audience.
  • Experience in Social Media measurement and performance metrics.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience and exposure within other areas of Paid Media is a bonus.
