tmp helps B2B marketing leaders create coherence in a chaotic world. We’re looking for obsessively curious people to join us. You’ll join 300 B2B experts across strategy, data, creative, media, client services, Sales activation, and shared services. What we are looking for
At tmp, this Digital Designer role is central to how we design and deliver digital experiences. You’ll be part of a small Digital Experience team, working across multiple client accounts to design digital outputs including landing pages, microsites, tools, and campaign experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, developers, and creative teams, and will often be the key digital design voice on projects.
We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in both UX and UI design - someone who can think through problems, shape user journeys, and execute high-quality design. You’ll be comfortable working across the full design process, from early concepts through to final delivery, and confident working both independently and collaboratively.

- Approach design challenges with structured thinking, helping define problems before moving into solutions
