Known for their creative campaigns and cult following, the brand is investing heavily in the next phase of it's digital journey and are now looking to bring their paid media function in-house.

As Performance Marketing Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape acquisition strategy, influence commercial decisions and build the future of paid media within a fast-paced consumer brand.

You'll join a collaborative team where ideas are valued, experimentation is encouraged and your work will have a direct impact on business growth.

You will lead the transition of paid media from an external agency into an in-house function, taking ownership of customer acquisition strategy while remaining hands‑on with campaign delivery.

You'll understand how to build acquisition strategies that deliver long‑term growth, know when to challenge existing approaches and have the confidence to make commercially driven recommendations.

About the Role

  • Take ownership of the paid media function as it transitions fully in-house
  • Develop and execute acquisition strategies across Meta, Google and emerging paid channels
  • Scale profitable customer acquisition through data‑led decision making and continuous optimisation
  • Translate performance insights into creative testing plans and commercial recommendations
  • Partner with ecommerce and creative teams to ensure campaigns, messaging and customer journeys work seamlessly together

About You

  • Experience working in a high‑growth ecommerce brand (ideally Food, Drink, Wellness, Supplements)
  • Open to candidates from agency backgrounds but must experience working with DTC brands
  • Proven success growing new customer acquisition in a DTC environment.
  • Strong hands‑on experience in both Paid Social & PPC (Meta & Google essential)
  • Strong commercial mindset - Experience managing paid media budgets and confidently recommending increased investment where ROI supports it
  • Comfortable being strategic & hands‑on execution, from campaign setup and optimisation through to reporting and testing
  • Ability to take ownership of the paid media function and drive it forwards.
