We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded individual who can transform data into meaningful insights that support growth and improve marketing performance.

This role will be responsible for analysing marketing activity across multiple channels, creating impactful reporting solutions, and developing dashboards that enable better decision-making across the business.

You will play a key role in helping the Marketing team understand performance, identify opportunities for optimisation, and use data to shape future strategy.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will combine analytical expertise with strong commercial understanding to uncover trends, evaluate performance, and provide recommendations in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.

  • Marketing Data Analysis & Insights
  • Conduct detailed analysis across marketing channels to understand performance trends, identify key drivers, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyse customer journeys, conversion performance, and key commercial metrics including ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
  • Support experimentation strategies through analysis of A/B testing results and measuring incremental impact.
  • Provide flexible, ad hoc analysis to support wider commercial and business decisions.
  • Create, manage, and enhance clear and effective dashboards, primarily using Power BI, to monitor key marketing metrics and business performance.
  • Translate complex data sets into accessible insights through dashboards, reporting packs, and presentations.
  • Deliver regular performance reporting (daily, weekly, and monthly) to key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation, and scalability.
  • Marketing Channel Performance & Commercial Impact
  • Develop a strong understanding of the role each marketing channel plays in driving business growth.
  • Assess channel performance, attribution, and overall contribution to commercial results.
  • Use data-led insights to support marketing investment decisions, budget planning, and forecasting.
  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
  • Partner with marketing teams to provide insight that supports campaign optimisation and strategic decision-making.
  • Work alongside external specialists, including econometrics partners, digital attribution agencies, and media buying agencies.
  • Ensure analytical outputs align with wider marketing goals and overall business priorities.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex data and turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Previous experience in marketing analytics, ideally within an e Commerce, digital, or performance marketing environment.
  • Advanced experience using Power BI, including dashboard development and data modelling.
  • Experience working with tools such as Big Query and Excel
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels, measurement frameworks, and performance metrics.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to understand how marketing activity influences business growth.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering within a fast-paced environment.
