At Jimmy Choo, we are seeking an organised and detail-driven Ecommerce Trading Assistant to support the delivery of an exceptional digital experience across our global Partner network. You will support the Ecommerce Partnerships Trading Manager in ensuring collections are launched seamlessly, presented to the highest standard, and optimised to maximise performance across leading luxury platforms.

Nature and Scope of Position:

  • Support the execution of seasonal product launches and capsules; manage product creation, maintaining accuracy across pricing, imagery, and product information to ensure a flawless and consistent online presentation.
  • Build and maintain tracking tools and reports to monitor product launches, stock on hand and Jimmy Choo activity across partner sites and channels.
  • Coordinate seasonal markdown operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution across all partners.
  • Conduct regular site reviews, ensuring brand representation is elevated, accurate and aligned to our own ecommerce UX standard.
  • Provide product selections for edits, emails and other marketing activity based on knowledge of bestsellers and stock depth.
  • Produce weekly and seasonal performance insights, identifying opportunities to enhance visibility and drive performance.
  • Support day-to-day partner relationships, ensuring a seamless flow of communication.
  • Assist in the delivery of campaign launches, including campaign asset distribution, brand page updates and visual merchandising to reflect seasonal storytelling.
  • Assist with stock and operational processes, ensuring smooth coordination of product deliveries, RTVs and quarterly stock takes.
  • Conduct and present regular competitor reviews, sharing opportunities for growth and innovation.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • A graduate with strong interest in ecommerce and the luxury fashion landscape.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence working with data and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and motivated to deliver excellence.
  • Experience with e-commerce or merchandising systems is advantageous.
