An iconic British snacking brand is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager (2nd Rotation) to join its high-performing marketing team and play a key role in shaping the future of one of its priority brands. This role is a platform to build towards a fully fledged Brand Manager working on one of, if not the most well known SKU in their portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketer who has completed an initial brand management rotation and is ready to step up into a role with greater ownership, commercial responsibility and strategic influence.
The Opportunity
As a (Senior) Assistant Brand Manager, you'll be at the heart of brand growth, using insight, data and commercial thinking to influence key business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Owning brand performance reporting and turning insight into action.
- Analysing Nielsen, Kantar, brand tracking and P&L performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Partnering with Sales, Category, Finance and Supply Chain teams to deliver plans successfully.
- Supporting innovation projects, activations and new product launches.
- Working with creative and media agencies to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
- Managing budgets, forecasting and investment tracking.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Brand Executive, Assistant Brand Manager or equivalent FMCG marketing role.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how brands grow.
- Experience working with Nielsen and/or Kantar data.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for uncovering insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
