We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own new customer acquisition for a well-funded, B-Corp certified D2C subscription brand - backed by serious funding, a genuinely loved product, and international expansion underway.
This is a role for a growth PM who knows the goal isn't running A/B tests - it's conversion. Here, the funnel isn't an afterthought. It is the product.
- What you'll own
- The full new-customer journey - from the moment someone clicks an ad or lands on the site through to their first order.
- The onboarding experience - a personalisation-led flow that sets expectations and directly influences trial conversion and first-order value.
- The A/B testing programme (built on Statsig) - design, prioritise and ship experiments that move the metrics that matter: conversion rate, CAC efficiency, trial activation.
- Cross-functional partnership - work alongside Performance Marketing and SEO on landing page strategy, and with Engineering, Design and Data to execute.
You'll present findings to senior leadership with confidence.
What we're looking for
- 3-6 years in product management with direct ownership of an acquisition or growth funnel.
- A track record of shipping A/B tests at meaningful traffic volumes - and being able to articulate what happened, why, and what you did next.
- Genuinely comfortable in data: SQL and Looker are familiar, and you can explain statistical significance with ease.
- Experience in D2C, subscription, marketplace or high-growth consumer digital products, with a real grip on CAC and LTV.
- Bonus: Statsig experience, personalisation/quiz-driven onboarding, and close collaboration with a performance marketing team.
Open to a strong analytical performance-marketer profile with lighter product experience (2–3 years).
Why this role?
A product real customers love, the funding to build something exceptional, and an experimentation culture that's genuinely real!
Statsig in the stack, strong data infrastructure and a team that will push you to do your best work.
B-Corp certified, with values that are the real deal.
AI is real here too, the team is building internal tooling and agents.
- Up to £110k salary plus share options
- 25 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays +1 day per year of service
- 5 additional paid wellbeing / learning days a year
- £500 personal L&D budget
- Enhanced parental leave, including paid time off for fertility treatment & pregnancy loss
- Private Medical & Dental
- Flexible core hours
- Discounted gym access
- We champion the best people, regardless of background
We know that great talent doesn’t always look the same on paper, and meaningful careers are built on capability and passion rather than a perfect checklist.
If you are excited about this role and believe you have the skills to make a difference, we would love to hear from you.
