A leading international consumer brand is looking for a Senior DTC Manager to lead and grow its European Direct-to-Consumer business across multiple markets. This is a highly visible role with strong exposure to senior leadership, offering the opportunity to shape ecommerce strategy within a business that is continuing to invest heavily in digital growth and customer experience.

As the DTC lead for Europe, you will take ownership of the overall growth strategy, identifying opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value across multiple brands and regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the European DTC growth strategy across multiple markets
  • Own performance marketing strategy and budgets across paid media, affiliates, and CRM
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives
  • Manage and optimise the Shopify platform roadmap to improve conversion and site performance
  • Support expansion into marketplaces and social commerce channels
  • Analyse trading and customer data to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI
  • Partner with internal teams across Brand, Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations
  • Manage external agencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned to commercial goals
  • Support SEO, CRO, and website optimisation initiatives across multiple digital platforms
About You
  • 5+ years’ experience in DTC, ecommerce, or digital trading roles
  • Experience working within FMCG, retail, beauty, consumer goods, or fast‑paced brand‑led environments
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce performance drivers including SEO, CRO, PPC, CRM, and mobile optimisation
  • Hands‑on experience managing Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
  • Commercially minded with a strong analytical and data‑driven approach
  • Confident managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working both strategically and operationally
