A well-established UK retail business is looking to hire a Senior CRM Coordinator to support and develop its CRM activity across email, SMS, and direct mail. This role is hands-on and suited to someone looking to take the next step in their CRM career, with responsibility for day-to-day execution as well as contributing to CRM strategy. You’ll work closely with CRM and marketing stakeholders, focusing particularly on lifecycle and automated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and optimise CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail
- Support the build and ongoing optimisation of lifecycle and automated journeys
- Own CRM campaign planning and execution from brief to delivery
- Produce reporting and analysis to track performance and inform decisions
- Work closely with wider marketing and digital teams
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a CRM or lifecycle marketing role
- Hands-on experience with CRM or ESP platforms (e.g. Bloomreach or similar)
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with campaign data
- Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Background in retail, ecommerce, or multi-channel environments preferred
