The Solution Sales & Marketing Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the commercial success of TXO's Solutions & Services business.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Operations teams, you'll coordinate marketing campaigns, prepare customer proposals, maintain CRM data, support lead generation activities, organise customer events, and ensure our sales processes run efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, has excellent attention to detail and wants to develop a career within technology sales and marketing.
Specific responsibilities
The following outlines the primary areas of responsibility. Additional responsibilities or functions may be required as necessary to support the business.
- Support the Solutions Sales team with day-to-day administrative activities.
- Prepare customer facing proposals, presentations and documentation.
- Support creation and maintenance of Solutions Sales opportunities with daily/weekly updates to Sales Lead, ISAM Lead & CGO with Hub Spot CRM.
- Produce any required weekly reports and KPI dashboards.
- Coordinate customer meetings, agendas and follow-up actions.
- Support Account Planning Meetings with all Global Account Director, managing Actions Log, acting as the interface with Marketing/Comms and Sales to ensure actions completed on-time and information provided to customers.
- Support with Sales All Hands & Lunch and Learn internal communications with the co-ordination of attendees, speakers/presenters
- Assist with contract administration and document management.
- Track customer renewals and commercial opportunities.
- Marketing Support
- Coordinate marketing campaigns alongside the Group Marketing team.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
- Update website content and marketing collateral where required.
- Manage case studies, brochures and product information.
- Coordinate social media content for the Solutions business.
- Organise webinars, exhibitions and customer events.
- Maintain mailing lists and marketing databases.
- Support branding and campaign consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Lead Generation Support
- Assist with inbound enquiry management.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
- Identify potential target customers across telecoms, enterprise and technology sectors.
- Support outbound sales campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on results.
- Commercial Support
- Produce customer presentations using Microsoft Power Point.
- Assist with bid submissions and tender documentation.
- Coordinate internal approval processes.
- Maintain pricing documentation.
- Support forecasting activities.
- Generate monthly sales performance reports.
- Customer Experience
- Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries.
- Coordinate customer communications.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Work collaboratively with Engineering, Operations and Finance teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
About you
- Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Commercial Administrator, Marketing Administrator or Sales Support role.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and Power Point).
- Experience using CRM systems (Hub Spot, Salesforce or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Experience within telecommunications, technology, IT or engineering industries.
- Previous marketing administration experience.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms.
- Experience supporting exhibitions or events.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience using ERP systems.
- Understanding of sustainability or circular economy principles.
Qualifications
- GCSE (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics.
- CIM qualification (or working towards) advantageous.
