Summary
We're looking for an experienced B2B marketer to join FAIRFIELDS on a maternity cover contract (approx. 1 year). Bringing together Engineering, Control and Digital expertise, FAIRFIELDS works across infrastructure and industrial projects.
You'll help communicate our capabilities and customer value through content, campaigns, digital channels and events, while also supporting a range of business development activities, including bid submissions, customer portals, case studies and the administration that helps keep our sales and marketing function running effectively.
Working closely with our Business Development Managers and Technical Sales team, you'll help develop and deliver marketing activity that supports business growth across our target sectors. Reporting to the Sales Director, you'll also provide day-to-day support and guidance to our Junior Marketer, helping coordinate activities and priorities across the marketing function.
We're looking for someone with proven marketing experience and the confidence to organise and deliver activity independently, while building effective relationships across the business.
Responsibilities and salary will reflect the agreed scope of the appointment.
Location: Retford (Head Office), Hoyland (Barnsley) & Remote. You are expected to attend one of the offices 2-3 days per week, remaining days can be worked remotely.
Contract: Full-time, Mon-Fri, fixed-term 1 year contract, maternity cover.
Start date: Late December/Early January

Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
