We’re looking for a curious, detail‑oriented CRM Executive to help bring our customer communications to life. Your main role would be to align CRM activity with product launches, promotional campaigns, and trading initiatives. Using Klaviyo, you’ll deliver targeted communications while continuously testing, optimising, and improving. Alongside campaign focused emails, you will also roll out automated, personalised journeys that drive engagement, repeat purchases, and lifetime value. Alongside CRM, you will support our proprietary site lisaangel.co.uk and our wholesale site, delivering on‑site content in line with trading priorities and working on optimisations to continually improve conversion rates. Experience using measurement tools to analyse and provide recommendations.
Key Responsibilities- Email marketing best practices, including automation, segmentation and personalisation techniques
- Monitor and report on CRM performance (open rates, CTR, conversion, revenue per send), turning insights into clear, practical actions
- Strong copywriting skills, particularly for email content and subject lines
- Support the execution of product launches, drops, and seasonal campaigns onsite
- Assist with asset coordination, and alignment across paid, CRM, affiliates and onsite activity
- Attend events as required to assist with promotional activity
- Working in other areas of Lisa Angel, as necessary based on needs of the business
