A growing consumer food brand with a strong, culture-led following is looking for a Midweight Creative Designer to join its in-house brand team.

Design is central to how the brand connects with customers.
You’ll work closely with the Lead Brand Designer and help shape the brand across campaigns, social, print, and in-store touchpoints.
Experience producing work for music, fashion, culture, sport (or similar) is a plus.
This role suits someone who can handle a mix of static and motion design (After Effects is important), plus print and packaging.
You’ll be expected to bring ideas, move quickly, and still be hands-on with day-to-day deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & campaign design: Create on-brand visuals for marketing campaigns, partnerships, and internal initiatives.
- Motion & social: Make animations and short-form video for social, digital campaigns, and in-restaurant screens.
- Print & production: Design print-ready assets such as menus, posters, hoardings, and in-store collateral.
- Digital & presentations: Produce digital assets (e. g., banners, CRM graphics) and strong presentation materials.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and external partners to deliver work across the business.
- Required Skills
- Experience across branding, digital, motion, and print.
- A strong portfolio of brand-led work for a variety of client types or audiences.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects.
- Good concepting skills and the ability to develop ideas into clear, finished work.
- Collaborative and organised, comfortable working at pace.

- Past work with food, fashion, music, sports, culture or youth-focused brands.
- In-house experience, or working closely with in-house teams.
- A good feel for social formats and what performs well on digital channels.
- Ability to build and maintain design templates/systems.
