About the role
Marketing at Greyparrot is fast-paced, mission-driven B2B marketing at the intersection of AI, sustainability and the circular economy. You’ll support marketing for two specialist audiences - waste & recycling operators (MRFs/PRFs) and global FMCG/CPG brands - across the full funnel, from awareness and demand generation to lead nurturing and conversion. This is not B2C, and it's not typical B2B SaaS. Our audiences are specialists, our sales cycles are considered and we focus on quality over volume - with clearly defined ICPs and careful lead qualification rather than broad reach. That means deeply understanding who we're talking to and crafting targeted, insight-led content and campaigns that resonate with the right people at key moments in the calendar.
As waste intelligence is still a new category, you'll be helping these audiences understand how AI can transform their operations - increasing recovery rates and profitability for waste managers, and informing sustainable packaging design and compliance for CPG brands. Because Greyparrot is expanding into new markets and continuously evolving its products, priorities can shift quickly, so being adaptable, proactive and eager to learn is important. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys startup energy, variety and learning by doing. You'll gain exposure to multiple areas of B2B growth marketing and work closely with sales, product and implementation teams. It's less suited to someone looking for highly structured processes or traditional B2C or B2B SaaS marketing.
At Greyparrot, you won't just support marketing campaigns - you'll help grow a category-defining AI company working to transform recycling and accelerate the circular economy worldwide.
Core responsibilities
You will have responsibility for:
- Create content across the funnel - blogs, newsletters, sales emails, proposals, social posts and event materials.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns, events and inbound requests as sales opportunities.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities through the use of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, and help compile mailing lists for targeted outbound campaigns.
- Help execute targeted demand generation campaigns, ensuring messaging is clear, accurate, and audience-specific.
