Employment: Permanent

The Job: Join us as an Assistant Product Manager and help shape the future of our Outdoor Products portfolio across EMEA ANZ. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious early-career professional to work across leading brands including BLACK+DECKER, DEWALT, and STANLEY, supporting innovative product categories such as walk-behind lawnmowers, robotic solutions, chore products, and outdoor accessories. If you are commercially minded, curious about customer needs, and passionate about bringing great products to market, this role offers the chance to make a real impact. You’ll play an important part in the product lifecycle, uncover customer pain points through research, and help deliver compelling solutions that resonate with end users—while building energy and enthusiasm for your categories with stakeholders across the business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the development and execution of product plans across the Outdoor Products portfolio in EMEA and ANZ.
  • Assist in managing the product lifecycle, from market insight and concept development through to launch and ongoing portfolio support.
  • Conduct end-user, customer, and market research to identify unmet needs, pain points, and product opportunities.
  • Support product launches and go-to-market activities in partnership with regional trade marketing and central cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate closely with brand, commercialisation, supply chain, engineering, and regional teams to ensure aligned execution.
  • Act as a strong ambassador for the product range, building engagement and enthusiasm among internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.

The Person: You always strive to do a good job…but wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good? You care about quality – at every level. You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You’re not intimidated by innovation. In fact, you embrace it. You also:

  • Are at an early stage in your career, whether as a recent graduate or with some initial professional experience.
  • Have a strong interest in product management, consumer products, outdoor products, or adjacent categories.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Are organised and capable of managing multiple priorities across regions and functions.
  • Are commercially minded, with an interest in both product performance and customer value.
  • Are collaborative and confident working with cross-functional teams across international markets.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.

The Details: An attractive salary & benefits package. Discounts on Stanley Black & Decker tools and other partner programs. Excellent opportunities for continuous professional development.
