We’re looking for an experienced strategist who’s equally at home in a boardroom, as a discovery workshop.

If you’re a hands‑on leader and confident speaker, with in‑depth knowledge of the digital commerce ecosystem, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be instrumental in helping clients identify, prioritise, and realise growth opportunities, combining strategic thinking with practical execution planning.

This supports the continued delivery of high‑quality work for our clients, and accelerated growth through commercial effectiveness.

This isn’t a ‘deck and disappear’ role, you’ll utilise deep knowledge of the digital and e Commerce landscape to connect the dots between business objectives, technology, creativity, and customer experience.

  • Leading growth strategies for e Commerce and digitally enabled businesses.
  • Facilitating workshops

  • Highly experienced in digital strategy, growth strategy, or e Commerce consulting.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimisation, retention, customer lifetime value, and digital commerce ecosystems.

AEP/AEM certifications (or the drive to achieve them quickly).

  • Extensive understanding of

GA4 and digital analytics.

  • Commercial acumen, track record of turning complex problems into clear, actionable plans.
  • Confident presenting to, and challenging, senior stakeholders.
  • Priority management skills within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Great collaboration skills, working as a team.
  • Experienced in Adobe Target, Adobe CDP.
  • Experience in Project management and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to configure and deploy changes within Google Tag Manager.
