The Opportunity
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 6 months to 2 years of sales, business development, recruitment, or customer-facing experience who wants to develop a successful career in B2B sales.
You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with senior decision-makers, and creating qualified sales opportunities for the wider commercial team. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other business development activities.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities for the sales team.
- Research target organisations and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
- Manage outbound prospecting activity to achieve agreed KPIs and targets.
- Qualify inbound enquiries and assess potential opportunities.
