The Performance Marketing Manager Role: As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of paid media performance across multiple product lines including events, ecommerce and membership offerings. You’ll manage Meta campaigns day to day, build structured testing frameworks, analyse full-funnel performance, and work closely with the creative team to improve campaign output through data-led insights. You’ll also play a key role in developing reporting infrastructure, attribution tracking and CRO initiatives whilst expanding activity across TikTok, YouTube and Google Ads as well as working with Claude day to day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and optimising paid media campaigns across Meta Ads Manager
- Running hypothesis-led testing across audiences, hooks, formats and landing pages
- Owning GA4, Meta reporting and dashboard visibility
- Setting up and maintaining pixels, CAPI, server-side tracking and attribution
- Building reporting frameworks and performance dashboards in Metabase
- Supporting CRO initiatives across registration and checkout journeys
- Expanding paid activity into additional channels including TikTok, YouTube and Google Ads
- Building behavioural automations across Brevo and connected platforms
- Documenting processes and testing frameworks within Fibery
Essential Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience managing Meta paid media campaigns at scale
- Experience handling monthly ad spend of £50K+
- Advanced GA4 and Meta Ads reporting knowledge
- Full-funnel analysis and attribution experience
- Experience running structured A/B and hypothesis-led testing
- Strong understanding of pixels, conversion APIs, UTM structures and tag management
- Experience with server-side tracking and cross-platform attribution
- Confident working with BI/reporting platforms such as Metabase
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Comfortable using AI tools within marketing workflows - Claude specifically
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience within events, travel, membership or ecommerce brands
- Paid media experience across TikTok, YouTube or Google Ads
- Understanding of CRO principles and behavioural marketing
- Knowledge of SEO, AEO and GEO trends
