This is a high-impact opportunity to take ownership of a multi-channel paid media strategy, working across some of the most exciting digital marketing platforms while collaborating with creative, e Commerce, CRM, and brand teams to create best-in‑class customer experiences.

  • Own and lead paid media strategy across
  • Paid Search, Paid Social, and Affiliate Marketing
  • Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability through performance-focused campaigns
  • Manage agency relationships, ensuring strong accountability, optimisation, and results
  • Develop and execute full‑funnel marketing strategies aligned to commercial objectives
  • Optimise campaigns across
  • Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, Shopping, Performance Max, and Affiliate Networks
  • Lead testing and experimentation programmes across audiences, creative, bidding, and landing pages
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics including
  • ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, and customer acquisition efficiency
  • Deliver clear performance reporting, forecasting, and strategic recommendations
  • Partner with creative teams to develop high‑performing ad concepts and testing frameworks
