The role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to provide maternity cover on a 15-month fixed-term contract. You will play a central role in our dynamic marketing team, taking ownership of key marketing initiatives and driving measurable results across the business.
Our ideal candidate is a confident, self-sufficient marketer who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment, bring fresh thinking to our programmes, and deliver impact from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, manage and optimise paid digital campaigns including PPC and paid social (Meta, Google, TikTok), ensuring strong ROI and continuous performance improvement
- Design and deliver impactful lead generation campaigns that drive audience growth, pipeline, and engagement across Enterprise Nation’s products and programmes
- Manage and grow our social media presence, including scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis
- Produce and send email marketing campaigns, managing segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting
- Create compelling marketing collateral - graphics, copy, and assets, that are on-brand and audience-appropriate
- Work collaboratively with wider teams to develop new tactics that grow the reach of the Enterprise Nation brand and its business support programmes
- Carry out quality assurance across web pages, email campaigns, and marketing materials
- Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance, using data to inform decisions and optimise campaigns
About you
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or equivalent role, with a strong track record of delivering results
- Hands‑on experience running PPC campaigns with demonstrable performance outcomes
- Experience building and managing lead generation campaigns, including landing pages, forms, and nurture flows
- Proficient in email marketing platforms and social media management tools
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into action
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Familiar with design tools (e.g. Canva) for producing marketing assets
- Experience with basic video editing
