A high-growth, technology-led business is looking for an experienced Head of SEO to own and evolve one of its most important customer acquisition channels. Following a period of strong growth and continued investment, the business is building a more specialist marketing function and is looking for a hands-on senior level SEO professional who can combine strategic thinking with practical delivery. The Opportunity

- Initially, the role is likely to be balanced across strategy and execution, making it ideal for someone who still enjoys being involved in delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies across multiple websites and brands.
- Drive organic growth through technical, content and authority-building initiatives.
- Conduct audits and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Manage budgets, planning and resource allocation.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Stay ahead of industry developments, algorithm updates and emerging AI-driven search trends.

- Commercially minded with a strong analytical approach.
- Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing or mentoring team members.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and platforms.
We're open to candidates from agency, ecommerce, marketplace, SaaS or other digitally-led environments, provided you remain close enough to execution to be genuinely hands-on.
Why Apply?
- Opportunity to shape a key growth channel.
