As our Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to support the company’s growth. This role focuses on prospecting, engaging with potential customers, and qualifying leads to hand over to the sales team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • You’ll identify and research prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, social channels, and other methods.
  • You’ll engage with potential clients to understand their needs and qualify opportunities.
  • You’ll schedule and coordinate meetings or demonstrations for the sales team.
  • You’ll maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and pipeline progress within the company CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and share market feedback.
  • You’ll meet agreed weekly and monthly activity and performance targets.
