As a result of this expansion plan, my client has immediate requirements for a CRM Specialist (HubSpot) to effectively manage and support the Sales Team operationally, ensuring they have access to accurate customer and prospect data in which to enable them to engage effectively whilst driving pipeline progression and closing opportunities.
You will have been in a similar CRM specialist role for the last 12-24 months and act as the point of contact for HubSpot related queries including training and troubleshooting within the sales organisation.
Additional skills include:
- Strong operational, practical and architectural experience with HubSpot CRM and its associated modules such as Commerce Hub CPQ, Sales & RevOps
- Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and sales enablement principles
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Skilled in sales enablement or sales support environment
- Analytical Mindset with an ability to interpret data, identify trends and make informed recommendations to improve sales processes
- Ability to work accurately and consistently with CRM data, reporting, and system configurations
