Join HYPES as the owner of user growth and lifetime value β the person who turns data into strategy and strategy into measurable outcomes. You will integrate user behaviour, product, and market data to design and execute initiatives across the full growth funnel: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetisation. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will build the growth engine that drives HYPES' commercial success from the ground up.
- Design a growth engine from scratch β no legacy campaigns or KPI frameworks to work around
- Insights translate into experiments within days, not quarters
- CMO-level exposure from day one, with a clear path to Head of Growth or VP of Marketing
- Build growth for a genuinely different sportsbook β community-first, socially engaged
- Startup speed, backed by Reazon Holdings' scale
- Analyse and optimise organic, paid, and referral acquisition channels; design and run campaigns balancing CAC with user quality and LTV
- Design CRM, promotional, and product-linked retention initiatives to drive engagement, reduce churn, and maximise revenue per user
- Integrate generative AI tools across growth workflows β personalisation, content production, reporting automation, experiment analysis
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks leveraging user data, behavioural logs, and revenue metrics
- Develop user segments (RFM, behavioural clustering, acquisition source) and design personalised communication strategies
- Lead the design, execution, and evaluation of growth experiments; build a culture of structured A/B testing
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Content teams to align growth with UX and regulatory standards
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in growth, performance marketing, or CRM/retention
- Experience growing a user base for a B2C digital product (mobile apps, subscriptions, gaming, etc.)
- Experience with community-driven or social-driven growth
- Ability to work independently with data analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL, etc.)
- Growth experience in regulated or highly competitive markets
- Industry experience in iGaming or sports betting
- Experience building a growth function from scratch (0β1) at a startup
- Knowledge of PLG, marketing automation (MA), and CDPs
- A love for football (or a passion for sports in general, including other sports)
