Role Description

The Marketing and Events Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kent, WA.

This role is responsible for driving event bookings through proactive sales outreach, relationship building with clients and partners, and timely follow-up on inquiries and leads.

The Manager develops and executes marketing campaigns, oversees digital and print promotion, and maintains a strong brand presence across online platforms and local networks.

Day-to-day activities include preparing proposals and contracts, conducting venue tours, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery, and tracking performance metrics and sales pipelines.
