We are a growing, ambitious business with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. This is an exciting opportunity and ideal for someone wanting to make a change from agency to join us at a senior level — not just as the marketing lead for Glow Events, but as a key strategic hire across a group of sister companies. Full details of the wider group remit will be discussed at interview.

About the Role

This is a senior marketing position for someone who wants genuine ownership of brand strategy and the opportunity to shape the direction of a growing business. You will drive enquiries and bookings across our venues, lead all marketing activity across all the companies, and work closely with the sales and leadership teams to deliver measurable results. Your time will either be split across Glow Events and a small number of sister companies or focused on Glow with the balance and structure to be agreed with the right candidate. This is a full-time or part-time role depending on the applicant and experience. A hybrid working arrangement will be put in place to help you manage commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the annual marketing strategy across brand, digital, social, PR, and content — aligned to revenue and booking targets
  • Lead all digital marketing activity including SEO, paid search, email campaigns, and social media (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok) to drive enquiries
  • Build and protect brand identity across all channels, ensuring a consistent, aspirational tone and visual presence
  • Manage relationships with wedding publications, editorial teams, and industry influencers to gain press coverage and features
  • Oversee production of marketing materials including brochures, lookbooks, venue guides, and digital assets
  • Lead on creative direction, reviewing performance regularly with the Head of Sales to inform content decisions
  • Plan and attend wedding fairs, open days, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and raise brand awareness
  • Analyse campaign performance and produce regular reports for senior leadership with clear ROI metrics and recommendations
  • Work closely with the CFO to manage the marketing budget and identify trends and effective spend
  • Collaborate with sales and events teams to convert marketing-generated leads into bookings
  • Apply your skills and experience to support the wider group of sister companies as agreed

About You — Essential

  • Proven track record in a senior marketing role, ideally within weddings, hospitality, luxury lifestyle, or events
  • Experience developing and executing high-performing marketing strategies that drive measurable results across digital channels
  • Excellent creative instincts, a data-driven mindset, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing budgets and external agencies, freelancers, and suppliers
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands or business units simultaneously
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
