Greater London (hybrid 3 days in the office). We’re working on behalf of a premium consumer brand in the food space, and they’re hiring a DTC Manager to take full ownership of their eCommerce channel. This is a role for someone who doesn’t just “manage the site” — you’ll be responsible for driving real commercial growth. You’ll own the DTC strategy end-to-end. That means setting sales targets, shaping pricing strategy, leading regular product launches, and continuously optimising performance across the site. You’ll work closely with marketing, operations, and external partners to ensure everything from acquisition to fulfilment is running smoothly. There’s already strong momentum here, but plenty of opportunity to push things further — particularly across conversion, AOV, retention, and international expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver the DTC/eCommerce strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Manage day‑to‑day performance of the website, ensuring a seamless customer journey
  • Lead site optimisation across PDPs, PLPs, and checkout to improve conversion and AOV
  • Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and on‑site campaigns
  • Work closely with marketing to align on acquisition, CRM, and retention strategies
  • Use data and analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Shopify, CRM platforms) to track performance and identify opportunities
  • Manage external agencies and developers to prioritise and deliver technical improvements
  • Continuously test and optimise the user experience using data and customer insights
  • Support the development of subscription, loyalty, and retention initiatives
  • Contribute to international expansion plans and execution

This role would suit someone who:

  • Has hands‑on experience owning a DTC/eCommerce channel
  • Understands how to drive AOV, conversion, and retention (not just traffic)
  • Is comfortable working cross‑functionally and managing external partners
  • Uses data to inform decisions and prioritise effectively
  • Has experience in consumer brands (food, drink, or similar categories preferred)

It’s a high‑impact role in a business that’s already doing a lot right, but needs someone to come in and take it to the next level. We are committed to creating diverse and inclusive workplaces, and we encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that a variety of viewpoints fosters innovation and strengthens teams. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or age.
