We'relooking for a proactive anddetailoriented Ecommerce & Digital Executive to support thedaytodaytrading and optimisation of our online store.
You'llbe responsible forensuring our website is accuratelymaintained, campaigns are executed flawlessly, andwedeliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a varied role that combines ecommerce operations, website merchandising, CRMcoordination, andtrade reporting, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both analytical and creative tasks within a fastpacedfashion environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ecommerce Operations
- Manage theendtoendproduct setup process, including syncing products from Zedonk Connector into Shopify.
- Upload andmaintainaccurateproduct information, including descriptions, specifications, attributesand merchandising data.
- Ensure all product launches are completed accurately and on time.
- Conduct regular website audits toidentifyand resolve issues, ensuring an excellent customer journey across desktop and mobile.
- Maintain site navigation, collections and merchandising to optimise product discovery.
- Website Trading
- Build and launch website campaigns, including homepage banners, landing pages, promotionalcontentand merchandising updates.
- Create and manage promotional activity, discountcodesand seasonal campaigns within Shopify.
- Test all website updates thoroughly to ensure accuracy and functionality before launch.
- Monitor site performance andidentifyopportunities to improve conversion and customer experience.
- Email & CRM
- Coordinate the weekly email marketing schedule.
- Brief creative assets for email campaigns.
- Build, link and test campaignsin Klaviyoto ensure a seamless customer journey from email through to the website.
- Support ongoing optimisation of email performance and customer engagement.
- Support ongoing SEO improvements across product and collection pages.
- Optimise onpage content, metadataand internal linking to improve organic search performance.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Produce weekly trading reports and analyse website performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support trading decisions andidentifyopportunities for growth.
