Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations Support: Assist in managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, including product listing optimization, inventory monitoring, and order fulfillment tracking to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- AI Integration & Efficiency: Actively apply AI tools and technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, automated data tools, AI-generated content workflows) to streamline daily operations, enhance marketing copy, and improve overall team efficiency.
- Market Research & Execution: Help collect and analyze market trends and consumer behavior data specific to the UK market. Support the team in executing effective marketing and promotional campaigns to boost sales and brand visibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and logistics teams to follow up on operational workflows and help improve overall efficiency.
- Data Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor website performance, user experience, and key metrics (such as traffic and conversion rates). Leverage basic data-driven insights and AI-assisted analysis to prepare routine reports and suggest online store improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, STEM, E-commerce, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Work Authorization (Mandatory): Must currently hold a valid UK work permit that allows for full-time employment.
Experience & Knowledge
- AI Proficiency: Strong understanding of current AI trends and hands-on experience or familiarity with AI tools (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, data automation) and how they can be applied to business and e-commerce.
