An outstanding US law firm is seeking a CRM Specialist with strong Intapp DealCloud experience to support business development, client relationship management, and data-driven decision-making across the firm. This is a pivotal time for the firm as they migrate from InterAction to Intapp DealCloud - something advocated by the senior stakeholders on the business. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing the firm’s CRM platform, ensuring high-quality data, supporting attorneys and business development teams, and enhancing client engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and optimize Intapp DealCloud CRM
- Manage data integrity, reporting, dashboards, and analytics
- Support business development and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with attorneys, leadership, and BD teams to improve CRM adoption
- Customize workflows, automation, and integrations
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support
- Troubleshoot issues and liaise with external vendors when needed
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or Data Steward
- Strong hands‑on Intapp DealCloud experience (configuration, reporting, automation)
- Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
