Salesforce Marketing Cloud is becoming a strategic platform across the organisation, and they're looking for someone to take ownership of its future - someone who can combine deep technical expertise with the ability to influence stakeholders and bridge the gap between technology and the business.
You'll play a key role in drivingdigitalisation, personalisation and modernisation, helping the organisation to deliver highly personalised, data-driven communications at scale.

You'll also lead a small team of two specialists, providing technical leadership while remaining hands-on with the platform.

- What you'll be doing
- Owning Salesforce Marketing Cloud from a technical and architectural perspective.
- Designing scalable, enterprise-grade Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Building customer journeys, automation and personalisation across Marketing Cloud Engagement.
- Developing solutions using AMPscript, SSJS and SQL.
- Leading integrations with Salesforce and wider enterprise systems.
- Driving platform governance, security and best practice.
- Supporting the adoption of Marketing Cloud on Core and Data Cloud.
- Leading and mentoring two team members while remaining hands-on technically.
- Working closely with engineering, CRM, data and marketing teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who combines technical excellence with great communication skills.
You'll ideally have experience with
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Engagement)
- Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio and Mobile Studio
- AMPscript, SSJS and SQL
- Marketing Cloud integrations and APIs
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and ideally Data Cloud
- Data modelling, segmentation and customer personalisation
- Technical architecture, governance and platform ownership
