ripple⁺ is one of the UK's leading and fastest-growing wellness brands. We operate across two key categories:
- ripple⁺ inhalables: A revolutionary approach to nicotine-free inhalation. Our mission is simple: help people step away from nicotine and move toward healthier habits through plant-powered alternatives.
- Droplet: Our modern home fragrance brand, spanning incense, reed diffusers, and upcoming scent innovations that transform spaces with clean, high-quality aromas.
ripple⁺ Brand DNA
- Extreme Ownership: Take full responsibility for every outcome within your control.
- Pursuit of Quality: How you do anything is how you do everything. Excellence is a habit.
- Purpose: Be here because you want to be — we are a passionate, long-term-focused team.
- Growth Mindset: Embrace continuous learning, resilience, and adaptability to thrive.
The Role
As E-commerce Manager, you will own our Shopify ecosystem end-to-end. You are responsible for making our sites fast, flawless, conversion-optimised, and continuously improving across both ripple⁺ and Droplet.
You'll work closely with Performance Marketing, Retention Marketing, and Creative teams and manage external developers to turn traffic into revenue while maintaining an extremely high standard of execution across every touchpoint.
This is a detail-obsessed, ownership-first role. Ideas matter here, but execution matters more.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end site performance across all Shopify storefronts (US and UK), ensuring best-in-class UX, site speed, and conversion across both ripple⁺ and Droplet
- Define and execute e-commerce strategy by category, campaign, and traffic source — tailoring site experience, merchandising, and landing pages in close partnership with marketing
- Run regular full-site audits to identify and resolve UX friction, checkout issues, tracking gaps, and mobile vs. desktop inconsistencies; maintain documentation and QA checklists
- Own end-to-end delivery of site builds and rebuilds, acting as internal lead across designers, developers, and stakeholders to ship on time, on brief, and with zero critical issues
- Lead CRO across all sites through structured testing of landing pages, PDPs, checkout flows, and traffic-source funnels using A/B and multivariate frameworks
- Own the implementation and ongoing management of e-commerce software, CRO tools, analytics, tracking, and personalisation solutions — all cleanly integrated into Shopify
- Build and maintain performance reporting across conversion rate, AOV, revenue by site and region, and funnel and page-level performance; translate data into clear actions and share regular updates with the marketing team and leadership
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in DTC e-commerce, with deep hands-on Shopify experience
- Proven CRO and structured experimentation experience
- Experience managing sites across multiple regions or storefronts
- Extremely high attention to detail — you catch things others miss
- Comfortable owning projects end-to-end with minimal hand-holding
- Strong grasp of analytics, attribution, and what drives conversion
