About the Role
We are hiring experienced BDR's that have worked in Aesthetics, Wellness & Medspa software sales in an SDR capacity to be part of our team – this role is intended to position new SDRs to prepare to graduate to full cycle Account Executive roles within 3 months of starting. This role is remote and requires you to make 125‑150 outbound calls daily and book 3‑5 demos a week at minimum.
Responsibilities
- Make 125-150 outbound cold calls daily to generate interest, qualify leads, and book high‑quality demos with decision‑makers.
- Master the Sales Process: Engage prospects confidently, clearly communicate value propositions, and set up high‑converting meetings for the sales team.
- Develop strong client relationships: Establish trust with clinic owners, doctors, and practice managers in medspa, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, and dental industries.
- Gain extensive exposure to the full sales cycle, from prospecting to demos to negotiations, setting the stage for promotion to a Senior Account Executive role.
- Achieve and exceed monthly demo booking targets, contributing to company growth and unlocking high‑earning potential.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative in a high‑volume cold‑calling role.

Pay range and compensation package
Compensation (Independent Contractor – UK): On‑Target Earnings (OTE): £70,000–£100,000+ GBP annually. Activity Retainer: Guaranteed £1,000 per month, earned by meeting a minimum average of 100 outbound calls per business day; retainer is prorated monthly if activity falls below this threshold. Demo Booking Commission: £100 per qualified demo booked. Closed Deal Commission: £500 per deal closed from demos booked by the contractor. Contractor status: Independent contractor role; no salary, benefits, or guaranteed income—earnings are performance‑and output‑driven. This role is remote and requires you to make 125‑150 calls and book 3‑5 demos a week at minimum.
