JustTip is a digital platform for tipping, payments, and tax management tailored for hospitality businesses and their payment providers, addressing the increasing complexity of gratuity handling in a cashless, regulation-driven market. New EU & UK regulations now mandate full transparency and compliance regarding tips and service charges, with liabilities of up to £5,000 per employee, making opaque manual processes obsolete. Our platform automates the collection, distribution, and reporting of tips and service charges, reducing payroll tax liabilities, ensuring legal compliance, and helping improve staff retention. With 380% YoY growth, we already support over 18,000 staff across more than 750 businesses and are integrating into payment systems through our partners. We are targeting a £63BN tipping economy that is quickly being reshaped by regulation and digital payments.
