A fast-growing, multi-brand business is looking for a Junior Brand Designer to join its in‑house creative team — a brilliant opportunity for a designer with 1–2 years' experience to build their skills across a diverse brand portfolio in a high‑energy, scaling environment.
Working alongside the Brand Designer, you’ll help uphold brand consistency across five distinct brands, create high‑impact marketing and sales collateral, and empower teams across the business with self‑service design templates.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing on‑brand materials — proposals, presentations, brochures, one‑pagers and digital assets
- Maintaining brand guidelines and visual standards across multiple brands
- Building user‑friendly PowerPoint and Word templates for teams across the business
- Collaborating with marketing, product and revenue teams on campaign assets and website updates
- Keeping design libraries organised and version‑controlled as the business scales
What we're looking for:
- 1–2 years in a graphic or brand design role (or strong internships, ideally in‑house)
- Strong PowerPoint and Word template skills
- Videography experience (shooting and editing) — a real bonus for brand storytelling
- Knowledge of both print and digital design, and confidence using AI tools
- Sharp attention to detail and the adaptability to switch between brand styles at pace
