Core Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end B2B eCommerce strategy for Turkey, defining the channel vision, growth ambition, and strategic roadmap aligned with regional and global priorities.
- Continuously evolve the eCommerce channel by identifying new business models, tools, and ways of working to accelerate growth.
- Lead strategic eCommerce partnerships, developing and executing joint business plans to drive revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Manage commercial negotiations, including trade terms, investments, retail media, and promotional planning.
- Build a strong, shopper-focused value proposition across assortment, pricing, content, and execution.
- Lead, coach, and develop commercial and digital marketing teams (including retail media).
- Contribute to annual planning, forecasting, and long-term strategic direction for the business unit.
