This person will work closely with client-facing teams, campaign managers, analysts, creative teams, and platform specialists to develop strategic recommendations that are grounded in data, culture, audience behavior, and business goals.
This is a role for someone who can think both analytically and creatively: someone who understands brands, creators, communities, content, and culture, and knows how to connect those pieces into a clear plan that clients can understand and act on.

- Identify the right strategic direction based on client goals, market context, audience behavior, and available data.
- Develop recommendations that connect influencer marketing to broader business and brand objectives.
- Research & Insights
- Analyze client industries, competitors, target audiences, social trends, creators, communities, and cultural conversations.
- Work with internal data and platform tools to uncover meaningful insights that can shape strategy.
- Turn raw information into clear, compelling narratives that explain what matters, why it matters, and what the client should do about it.
- Support the development of strategic POVs, trend reports, campaign concepts, and client-facing recommendations.
- Campaign Planning
- Partner with campaign, creative, and client teams to turn strategy into executable plans.
- Help define creator profiles, content territories, audience segments, campaign themes, messaging pillars, and activation ideas.
- Ensure that campaign plans are strategically aligned from brief to execution.
- Support pre-sale and post-sale planning by helping develop strategic recommendations for new and existing clients.
- Client-Facing Strategy
- Contribute to client presentations, proposals, QBRs, strategy decks, and planning documents.
- Clearly communicate strategic thinking in a way that is simple, persuasive, and actionable.
- Help clients understand how influencer marketing, social intelligence, and AI-powered tools can support their broader marketing goals.
- Partner with account and sales teams to strengthen strategic storytelling across client communications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, account management, customer success, campaign management, creative, data, and product teams.
- Help create strategic consistency across the services team.
- Bring structure and clarity to complex projects, especially when multiple teams, markets, or objectives are involved.
- Share learnings and best practices that improve how the team approaches strategy and planning.

This is an opportunity to help shape how brands use AI, creators, social intelligence, and influencer marketing together.
You will work across strategy, data, culture, and execution, helping clients make smarter decisions and build more effective campaigns.
You will be joining a fast-moving team that is building something new in the market, where strategy is not just about making decks, but about helping clients understand where to go, what to do, and how to win.
