We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented, and innovative Wardrobe Designer to join our creative team in Hayes. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for style, spatial planning, and craftsmanship, with the ability to design custom wardrobes and smart storage solutions that combine aesthetics, functionality, and precision. You’ll collaborate closely with clients to understand their lifestyle needs and design preferences, creating bespoke wardrobe designs that elevate everyday living.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to determine wardrobe design requirements, style preferences, and storage goals.
  • Create detailed wardrobe layouts using design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Develop and present design concepts with sketches, 3D renderings, and material samples.
  • Specify materials, fittings, and finishes aligned with the project vision and budget.
  • Collaborate with production teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate and high-quality execution.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept to installation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Stay updated on wardrobe design trends, materials, and innovative storage solutions.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and project stakeholders to ensure complete satisfaction.

About You

  • Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Furniture Design, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of proven wardrobe design experience in the UK (required).
  • Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Photoshop.
  • Strong technical knowledge of wardrobe fittings, joinery, and materials.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a flair for creative and functional design.
  • Previous experience in residential or bespoke furniture design is advantageous.
